Athalia 75ml - Eau de Parfum

This is the signature cozy scent that a mature, classy, boss-bitch rich lady would wear. Reminds me a lot of BDK Rouge Smoking minus the cherry and tonka notes. Very good performance and lasts all day like most PDMs that I own. If it came in a 30ml I would definitely want it for my collection, the bottle is stunning in that all black with gold accents. But not unique enough of a fragrance to want a full bottle. Although I did hear Athalia is being discontinued, so maybe that is more of an incentive to snag a bottle before its too late...

I’m confused by these reviews, it’s so sweet and powdery! Extremely Irish forward. Most are saying it’s not these things it’s crazy how we all smell differently. Super girly and feminine, I would never have thought that I would like any PDM I hated them all and then tried Valaya and now I’m obsessssssed so I tried this one and I really enjoy it too. I don’t have anything like it. I did try Prada it’s said to smell similar and side by side absolutely no way! Not even remotely close.

I LOVE this perfume. It's so dark, gloomy and gothic, and the blend between Iris and Incense works like magic. This is the girl you see on the street in a cloudy day wearing a long black dress and black lipstick.
I do get the comparisons with "old lady smell", but i think I like what everyone calls old lady smell. It's comforting. It's that black fuzzy scarf you wear in winter.
I think "old lady scents" to me remind me more of 19th century glory, or an 18th century Anne Radcliffe heroine in a gothic book.
Absolutely in love with this fragrance.

Wow. This is beautiful. I think it’s the most sophisticated from the PDM line. Soft and powdery but powerful. I love this as an office scent— i feel smart, clean, and a little sexy. Which I love. Soft iris, powder notes, a little sweet but I wouldn’t say it’s a “sweet” perfume. This is a classy lady
